Automatic Renewal

Because our platform provides immediate access to digital content and active AI services, once a plan is active, we cannot offer refunds as you gain instant access to our proprietary interview databases, AI models, and premium study tools.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any partial subscription periods, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction with the Service.

Try Before You Buy

Codivise.com provides free or limited-access features (such as trial mock interviews or sample flashcards) to allow users to test the platform and the AI's capabilities before committing to a purchase. We strongly encourage you to utilize these free resources to ensure the Service meets your preparation needs.

Final Sale

By upgrading to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have had sufficient opportunity to evaluate the Service and accept it "as is."

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated code/responses), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Codivise.com and its licensors.

Platform Content

The interview question databases, AI system prompts, flashcard algorithms, and educational materials provided by Codivise.com are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works of this content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• System Abuse: Attempting to disrupt our infrastructure, including sending excessive requests to our AI models ("prompt injection" or "DDoS").
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with others to split subscription costs.
• Scraping: Using automated means to harvest interview questions, company data, or AI outputs from the Service.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer the AI algorithms or source code of the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Codivise.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of AI-generated feedback, the operation of the Service, or the content included therein. We do not guarantee that the Service will help you pass any specific job interview or obtain employment at any specific company.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Codivise.com, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service (including AI-generated advice); and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
